The Police, The Constitution, And Respect

     If you ask the average person about the events that took place in Watertown, Mass. on April 19th, what do you think their response is. "Watertown?", or "Sure, 'cuz it was a public safety issue." These are the responses that I have received from various individuals I've spoken to. Guess which one is the response given by police officers that I've asked. "Public Safety", what does that mean? I know more than likely they probably have a technical definition for it, which leaves you as confused upon hearing it, as you were before you asked.( EXIGENT CIRCUMSTANCES There are also "exigent circumstances" exceptions to the warrant requirement. Exigent circumstances arise when the law enforcement officers have reasonable grounds to believe that there is an immediate need to protect their lives, the lives of others, their property, or that of others, the search is not motivated by an intent to arrest and seize evidence, and there is some reasonable basis, to associate an emergency with the area or place to be searched ) My belief is, "Public Safety" is a catch all, covering the gamut of scenarios, not covered by the standard protocol answers concerning why the police did what they did. Let's see, if what happened at Watertown is a "Public Safety" response to a threat to the public (Man or men wound or kill multiple individuals, and are on the loose), I guess they'll have to start responding the same way to home invasion robberies, riots, and high speed car chases. What town is next, yours perhaps.

     This article discusses a lot of the problems developing from a military mindset within our police forces. I'm one of the first people out there, trying to find legitimate reasons for the police doing what they're doing. For what it's worth, most of my friends are cops, or military, so yes, I want to believe they're doing the right thing. But I'm no fool, and the proof of the on going brutalization of the American people, being perpetrated by the police in numerous locales across this nation, cannot be ignored.

      I read something recently in a blog response, which made me realize how far gone even the supposed "Constitutionally enlightened" are. Here's the quote " From my point of you, I find it hilarious that Libertardian Anarchists feel that they know more about the application of the 4th Amendment then people who go to school for it, and constantly get legal updates on it." Let's review, the people he's talking about are the police, and yes, they do receive formal instruction, as to the Constitution, and applying it to they're position as law enforcement officers. So, with that being said, explain Watertown to me from a fourth amendment standpoint....please do. Even a sixth grader can understand how much of a fourth amendment violation, the events in Watertown were. It's not a difficult concept to understand. " The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." 
As far as the police getting updates, sure they do, new precedents of law are filed every day, and if applicable, most departments will advise their officers of these updates. So this moron is right about the police being educated, and updated on the Constitution, as it applies to the law, but their actual APPLICATION is what has a lot to be desired.

     If we were to apply the "Educated in", and "knowledgeable" title, let's look at BooHOo (barrack hussien obama). Isn't he a Constitutional law lecturer/professor or some such animal? OBVIOUSLY Barry Soetoro/Barrack Hussien Obama/Nero whatever his name is, does not have the first clue what the Constitution means (even with education) or he wouldn't do what he does, right? Because if he really knew what it meant, that means.................he's actively trying to dismantle that Constituion, and he's using the police to do it. I know there are friends of mine who don't like to think they're being used by the Imbecile-In-Chief, towards his draconian ends, but that is exactly what's happening, and they better wake up, before the music ends, or they'll be lumped in with the rest of the thugs that will need put on their ass.

      "Ignorance of the law, is no excuse" goes both ways. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land, and using "The Exception clause" BS, out of convenience, will still get you a one way ticket to the gallows, when all is said and done.  

  You know who I'm talkin' to. Every time you perform a task for the regime, enforcing unconstitutional laws (you know, the ones your educated in), you callous your conscience to the point of indifference, and at that point you are just like them, and will need to be given the same treatment as any other thug.  "A LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER, THAT DOES NOT HOLD AND ENFORCE THE CONSTITUTION ABOVE ALL OTHER LAW, IS NOT A POLICE OFFICER, HE IS THE POLICE STATE." And will be treated as such.

     Respect is won and lost by the action or inaction of the individual. Do you want the fleeting "attaboy" of an administrator, who's only goal is pleasing the tyrannical master he serves, no matter what the task? Or do you want the respect and admiration of a nation of free men, because you were the lone voice a wilderness of blue, sayin' "NOT ON MY WATCH!" concerning the constant Constitutional violations being committed on a daily basis. Like everything else in life, the hard choice is usually the right choice. Make the right choice, now, or reap the consequences later. Oh and by the way, it's later than you think.

The "King" Has Spoken

       The "King" has spoken people,.  Apparently king samir shabazz, AKA, "Queen of the Night", has made a statement, wait for it,.....wait for it......... “This time we’re doing it right… This time we’re not burning down our communities. This time we’re going out to Whitey’s suburbs and burning down HIS community. We’re going to make Whitey feel the pain.” You can't fix stupid, you can only mitigate its affect on the surroundings, so I'm going to give "The Queen" some advice. Hey Queenie, you realize by taking it to the white suburbs, your declaring war, race war, on white people, and as much as you talk smack about it, you don't want to reap that whirlwind. Don't give those small minded bigots of the white race. what would appear to be a legitimate reason to start attacking Blacks. Most white people think the race haters are morons with no moral standing, don't make whites question that belief by attacking white people for no reason.

     Nevermind, I know your too small-minded, petty, and full of hate and the entitlement attitude to even understand what I'm talkin' about. By the way, tampons make good field dressings, so you should stop by Walmart on your way to the suburbs, and stock up, "cuz your gonna need 'em. I know you guys don't have to go to work the next day, so do me a favor and do it on a weekend, so I don't have to take off work to WHOOP YOUR ASS!. Thanks (Not really)

Po Little Trayvon, The "Saint"

     So again, we have the threat of riots if a black man doesn't get justice (remember Rodney King), or what they (the black community) determine justice is in the case of George Zimmerman. Zimmerman is the neighborhood watch captain, who killed an adult size male, who happened to be a black teenager, after being attacked by that individual. Zimmerman has been vilified and lied about in the media, for months leading up to his trial. Did I say that the feds organized protests against him, before his trial. Yup, sure did, and they used your tax dollars (if your a taxpayer, not a entitlement mooch, or illegal alien) to do it.

     Riots would probably be wide spread, and organized along the lines of flashmobs  through the use of obamaphone coordination. Wait, doesn't that mean the NSA could track the organizers and participants back to their lairs after the riots? Why yes, yes it does, but since the Feds are probably going to be part of the riot organization process, it would behoove them not to use their assets in this instance.

     To the people that are considering participating in these riot/flashmob activities I say this. This is not the country that spawned the Rodney King riot of the 90's, this is a country on the brink of civil war, with a growing population of armed responsible people who are PISSED OFF at the entitlement mooches specifically, and the federal government in general. I know you don't have to go to work the next day, but guess what, I believe there are a lot of us that will take off work, specifically to hand you your asses if you get out of line! This is not a threat, this is an observation, and you would do well to heed this advice, or reap the whirlwind.

     Threaten harm or death to me, my family or my friends, and if I'm present (and I feel you are a credible threat), I will stop you (this generally means you will become a Target Interdictee, to use a two way range term). Your right to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, does not include taking away someone else's. Go ahead and burn down your own homes if you want (imbeciles), but leave us be, or you will reap it in spades. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!!

     Just for the record, I don't give a Damn what your race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, or sexual orientation you are. You are either a Good guy, or a Bad guy in my book, and the aforementioned categories have nothing to do with the content of your character, and anyone who profiles or generalizes based on those criteria alone, need to do some serious introspection. That is not to say, you shouldn't use caution when dealing with people that fit a specific profile type, but there is a huge difference between being cautious when dealing with someone based off of past experiences, and automatically treating someone differently, because they are not like you.

A Failed Experiment?

     The US Constitution is "A failed experiment", or so says Adam Kokesh in this video (16:31). Well Adam, I hate to tell you (actually, no I don't), but you and people like you are one of the reasons the Patriot/Militia community get a bad rap. First off, it's not a failed experiment, it's still there, and needs to be restored to it's rightful place of governance. Second, why would anyone want to take the advice and leadership (and don't tell me you don't want to lead) of a pothead, peace activist, with dilusions of grandure? Yes, I know you were set up at the pot rally in Philly, life's tough all around, ain't it? (It's tougher when your stupid) Obviously you learned nothing from your time in Marine Corps Civil Affairs

 or you would have known your plan to march on DC was strategically and tactically unsound. (Yes, I know he has rescheduled for 2014, and did his own thing on the 4th)
" We will march with rifles loaded & slung across our backs to put the government on notice that we will not be intimidated & cower in submission to tyranny." "This will be a non-violent event, unless the government chooses to make it violent. Should we meet physical resistance, we will peacefully turn back."
Sounds like you want to have your cake and eat it too. So let me get this straight, your gonna carry loaded rifle on your back, in a non violent/peaceful march, and you will use deadly force if they use violence, but not if they use physical resistance. All I can say to that is either your an idiot, or a Fed plant.

      Let's talk the strategy. Ok, so Kokesh was goin' to DC, or Mordor on the Potomac, as some have branded it. Question one is, Why would you go there, when the group of "representatives" assembled there have less concern about the opinion of the American people than anywhere in the country. Question two, A strategy has an end goal, and you think these  " We are marching to mark the high water mark of government & to turn the tide. " and this  " having shown that free people are not welcome in Washington, & returning with the resolve that the politicians, bureaucrats, & enforcers of the federal government will not be welcome in the land of the free." are logical end goals. I hate to tell you buddy, but we've already known we're not welcome in DC, and you ain't gonna turn the tide of the crap tsunami comin' outa DC with any symbolic "armed march".  Please, tell me there was more to your strategy than that.

     Now let's talk tactics. Tactically you couldn't ask for a more football bat plan than the one Kokesh planned. Ok, so you're gonna go to one of the most heavily armed, "Show you who's boss." places in the United States, with a group of people, mostly unknown to each other. These people are going to have loaded rifles on there backs, and not even carrying a basic load (look it up) for those rifles. No logistical or rapid response support planned ahead of time. You've announced it a couple months in advance, so The Powers That Be (TPTB) have all the time in the world to plan for response, and plant provocateurs. This was your plan? At the very least, the people that join this march, more than likely will be charged as felons, and lose their rifles. The worst outcome would be a lot of dead people, because they were talked into thinking they would make a difference. Well, Kokesh is a good motivator/speaker, I'll give him that, but so was Hitler and so is Bill Clinton and Obama.

     Kokesh reminds me of another good motivator/speaker, Dr. William Pierce,. He thought the Constitution was "A failed experiment" too. These asshats don't get it. We have all we need right in front of us. All we have to do is make our "employees" understand that we are done with their corrupt, arrogant ways, and WILL restore the Constitution to it's rightful place, and shoot or hang the bastards that want to oppose that act. ( I'm fond of hanging, since we can re-use the rope) The "employees" are at all levels, township, county, state, and national. We can't afford to give TPTB a good excuse to clamp down harder, without that act having some justifiable gain.

     So now Kokesh is in jail, after he goes to DC, loads a shotgun on video in DC , then posts it on Youtube. Well, it's a technique......I guess......for the French! The raid on his home was a complete overkill op, by people that want us to recognize who is in charge, PERIOD! As much as I believe Kokesh is a moron, and anti-American, I believe what they did to him was an abuse of the authority they wield, and should be brought to light as such. Maybe he does work for the feds. Can you think of a better way to bring people to his way of thinking, than to make him the extreme underdog? As you can see in this video, Kokesh doesn't want this country to go back to it's roots and fix our problems. He wants to make it into a number of enclaves, where you are a "free individual", but has no real plan for accomplishing that. As I've said before, we have a plan, it's called RESTORATION, not revolution. And we already know it works if you adhere to it's guidelines.

     As a young paratrooper, I was taught the principles of patrolling. These principles are Planning, Reconnaissance, Security, Control, and Common Sense. Adam would have done well, to have adhered to these principles for planning and executing the march, and for running his "democratic cause" operation, but as it stands, after Planning (which was and is somewhat half assed) he was a soup sandwich without the bread. Recon- maybe but I doubt it. Security- what a joke. Control- yeah, he is a cat shepherd alright. And most importantly, COMMON SENSE- Even if everything is textbook when referring to the other four, if it doesn't meet the criteria of common sense, it's a NO GO!

     A proper recon of the area in question, would have told anyone with minimal training using the OCOKA (Observation and fields of fire, Cover and concealment, Obstacles, Key terrain, Avenues of approach) acronym, that the mission was a non starter, at least without serious support it was (unless you're "The 600"). Kokesh has talked incessantly about how the police and authorities abuse and kill innocent people every day, but he wanted to go to DC (Dragon Central) with a group armed only with rifles (giving TPTB and excuse, no less), and no supporting gear or quick reaction force personnel. Sounds like a noisy version of suicide to me, no thanks. If I was to participate in such an endeavor, it would be armed to the teeth, with support (QRF and vehicles), and would have a plan that had an end goal that MADE SENSE!

     This guy is an attention hound with an ego like Obama. He's got the attention now, and we'll see how that works out for him. Although I believe he brought it on himself, he still got a pounding that he didn't deserve, and we should be cognizant of the fact that it could be any of us, at any time, even if we don't rock the boat the way he has.

"CHECK!"

     That's right people. If this story is true, and I have no reason to think it isn't, we are in "Check", and "Checkmate" is right around the corner. What is "Checkmate" you ask. "Checkmate" will be the next false flag (Boston/Watertown) operation, where the Administration says "Hey, guess what, we can use the military now and get the guns in the bargain." If you think they won't go overboard and do it, think about this, THEY HAD 10,000 COPS LOOKING FOR ONE 19 YEAR OLD KID IN WATERTOWN!!!!!! There is a reason the military is not used in civilian law enforcement. Their job is to kill people and break things, PERIOD!! Have no illusion, if you are not a fan of the "Kevlar Commando" cops, you don't want the military coming to that party. They will make the police look like a bunch of weekend paintballers.

     One of my big hangups recently has been the "Militarization" of law enforcement. Don't misunderstand me, they are not, and never will be the military, nor should they be. I see way to many "Kevlar Commando" cops, wanting to "Look" like the military, even though they never served.

     "Game Over" can only happen if you are disarmed ("Checkmate"). Make no mistake about this situation, we are on the brink of disaster. This authority "Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances." is throwing a propane tank on an already raging fire. Watch "The Siege" to get a small taste of what's to come (looks like Watertown, Mass, doesn't it?). If you think the military commanders will "do the right thing", you need to keep in mind that Obama has been purging the military of the "Constitutional minded" commanders, leaving us with Anti gun, Big government zealots.

     I know, you believe the military won't abuse authority. I bet your the same person who thinks the police won't abuse authority either, right? Wake up! your being walked up the steps to the gallow as we speak, and the noose will be around your neck shortly if you do not act. What should you do? Contact your Reps, and tell them that they'll hang for treason, before we hang for exercising our inalianable rights. More important than contacting Reps, is to be prepared. Weapons and ammo, Food, First aid supplies, training, all these things are necesary to make it in the coming attractions. Although I'm not an advocate of doing all your training by book, there are some excellent blogs out there that help translate some of the FM/ST manual info into an understandable Program Of Instruction. John Mosby and Max Velocity  are two bloggers, that also teach courses, and both have the background to be proficient at it. I also offer courses that are geared towards Constitutionally minded folks

     We're coming up to a tipping point that has all the makings of disaster for the freedom loving, Constitutional minded Citizen. You need to decide RIGHT NOW, what's important! Are you one of the people Sam Adams spoke of in this quote,  

  "If you love wealth more than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, depart from us in peace. We ask not your counsel nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you. May your chains rest lightly upon you and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.”

If so, then don't bother with any of the suggestions I've made. YOU'RE THE PROBLEM, and I have nothing to say to you, except BEND OVER! If your a Constitutionally minded freedom loving American, get ready, there are more of us than you realize, and by the way, that's me standing right next to you.

Innocent Till Proven Guilty?

     I don't know how else to say this, so I'll be blunt. If this guy is found guilty, he needs to be drawn and quartered, PERIOD! The people involved in these proceedures, and did nothing to stop them, need to be hung, PERIOD! There is nothing cruel or unusual about it at all. As Nuremburg proved, saying "I was just following orders." or "I didn't wanna lose my job" doesn't cut it, and is worthy of getting horse whipped, before they are hung. When people like this at Planned Parenthood aka "Your An Inconvenient Child" can justify these acts (saying the live child isn't a patient), and we allow it to continue unabated, we are also culpable.

     As with most of my beliefs and convictions, I generally keep them to myself, but this is too much, and I'm finished with the pleasantries of "civilized" society. Burke said,  "When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle." in other words All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing. We had better step up as Americans, and take care of business, if we don't we are no better than the wolves of society, and deserve what we get. If what has been reported about this story is proven in court, but he gets off on a technical error, or they say "It was legal", we need to make some serious decisions as to who we are, and what we are about as Americans. We also need to decide what we're willing to do to protect the most innocent among us. Isn't that what the Second Amendment is really all about?

     I challenge anyone to comment on this, and justify your position on how this is ok, I dare you! If you believe this stuff is ok, because "It's your right", you are part of the problem, and the sooner we ship your asses out of this country, the better off we'll be. "Live and let live" means just that, LIVE! Anyone that even considers justifying anything even remotely similar to this in their own mind, needs to do some serious introspection, and look in the soul mirror. More than likely, you'll see the image of Hitler or Stalin, or you'll see nothing at all.

Possession is 9/10th's of the Law!!!!!

     So they are now expessing the belief that my children are their possessions to do with as they please. Well, unfortunately for them, my children have been taught they are the possession of neither person nor government, and have been taught that for years. I'm not naive, I realize the tyrannical bastards that want our kids will never stop their quest for sole custody, and are willing to do anything to get it. Whether they are making a military veteran parent out to be a nut, and taking away their children and their guns, or saying the parent is a "Fundamentalist Christian", and is a threat to the well being of their children and their community, these excuses are lies to distract,  and are developed to steer the sheeple towards a specific conclusion. In actuality it does nothing but further their endgame of unadulterated power and control in every facet of our lives.

     I am done letting pass the lies they spew on a daily basis. I am done letting my representatives make corrupt/illegal decisions in my name, without telling them the specific route they are taking will lead to war, and eventually, they will be convicted of treason. I am done with the mealy mouthed (conservative) politicians, taking a ride on a yacht, then deciding that background checks don't equal gun control. SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED means just that, and if you think we won't go to war to make our point, you have seriously underestimated us. At every turn we have made concessions, knowing war was not a route we wanted to take. Some of us have seen the horror of war up close, and would do almost anything to avoid that in the country we love so dearly. Notice I said "Almost". When you only give a freedom loving, God fearing Patriot the route of total submission, or war, what path do you think he's gonna take?

     Your on notice right now! We're done giving you any more of our freedoms in the name of your beloved "security".. We all agree, you'll fire the first shot (it has to be that way just like in '76), but when it's all said and done, we have the guts and spirit to outlast you, and you have given us no other choice. As you tyrants are fond of saying, "It's for the children.", but in this instance it really is, OUR CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Keep pokin' the bear and see what happens! I "possess" my children, till they're old enough to stand on their own two feet. I "possess" my guns, to protect those children from the wolves at the door. I "possess" my Bible to help me guide those on a path opposite of the would be oppressor. All these things I "POSSESS", are you willing to die, trying to take them, I don't think you are, you'll blink, then you are ours. If you are a lackey of these tyrants, don't let them send you to your death doing their bidding. Make them do it themselves, you'll see, they won't because they don't have the guts. No tyrant in history would have been able to do any of the terrible things they did, without the Imps to do the master's bidding. Don't be one of their "Target Interdictees" it's got no future.

Decisions, Decisions

     The simple fact is this, without a constitutional amendment, any gun ban or confiscation scheme the "Powers That Be" cook up, is DEAD ON ARRIVAL! To change the Constitution, the congress has to amend said Constitution. They haven't done that, and here's why, they don't have the support for an amendment, PERIOD! We are a CONSTITUTIONALLY LIMITED REPUBLIC. To those that have a limited grasp of vocabulary, this means my inalienable rights as an individual (Defined in the Constitution, but given by God, not government) cannot be trampled by anyone, whether it is another individual, or a group. You morons who define our Country as a democracy, haven't the foggiest notion what that even means, but I'll give you the definition Ben Franklin used "Democracy is two wolves and a lamb voting on what to have for lunch. Liberty is a well-armed lamb contesting the vote." 

     I would challenge anyone to tell me how you force a government (benign of course) to change their evil ways without force of arms. Tell me how you are assured of your right to speak freely, or be secure from government intrusion in your home, ARMS! Thomas Jefferson wrote "The strongest reason for people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government" This was written by the individual who wrote the Declaration of Independence and signed the U.S. Constitution, so it's easy to conclude from his lack of ambiguity in this statement, that this was the reason for the 2nd Amendment being spelled out in the Bill of Rights. The Bill of Rights, by the way, was not an attempt by the government to tell the American People what rights they were being given by them, but a reassurance to the people, that the government understood what rights were inherent to all people.

     Since Dyin Hindswine, BooHOo, and countless other hypocritical, treasonous ghouls (politicians, media, etc.) want to reassure the American people with flatulant eminations of a less than honest nature (LIES), about the righteousness of their cause (getting rid of all the bad guns). I will also assure you that if those moronic individuals "Cross that Rubicon", the actions of those individuals and groups defending themselves against that assault on their inalienable rights, will be completely justified under the U.S. Constitution, and the treasonous government  and media puss sacks that survive the bloodbath they start, will be lucky, if all that happens to them. is being hung by the neck until they are dead. 

     Please recognize that I, as an individual American, would rather seek out all peaceful means to the ends that we all desire. But with that being said, under no circumstances will I allow ANYONE to deprive me or mine the ability to effectively defend ourselves against any assailant, be it an individual burglar, bent on thievery, or a tyranical government with aspirations of unlimited power over those they are meant to serve. All tyrants start by confiscating the means of the people to effectively fight the tyrant's draconian designs, I will not rehash the history, (Stalin, Hitler, Pol Pot) any educated person knows to be true (If you don't know, educate yourself, the internet is a wonderful thing). Know this, there will be no fence sitting on this one, you must pick a side, you can't be like the ferryman in "The Outlaw Josey Wales", singing "Dixie" till he dropped them off, then singing "The Battlehymn of the Republic" when he picks up the Federals.  

      If you plan to resist, make a plan now, not when they're at your door, TOO LATE!! Know that there are millions that feel the way you do, and will come together to give a message to "TPTB" they will understand in a very personal way, and will be justified in that course of action. In closing, I'm reminded of a quote from Ben Franklin  "They that can give up essential liberty to obtain a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety." So what do you deserve? Solzhenitsyn said it best in "The Gulag Archipelago"
